TVC Responsibilities:
I organize volunteers to serve communion at each service, prepare policies and procedures for communion volunteers, and prepare communion elements for weekend services.

When and how did the Lord save you?
My parents were not believers, but they insisted that my brother and I attend our local church every week. At the age of 11, I received Jesus as my Lord and Savior, and my journey of faith began.

When did you come to TVC and what brought you here?
Linda and I came to Texas from California in November 2010, when we began attending TVC. Our son and his wife had triplet boys and moved to Irving, so we moved as well. Our two daughters eventually moved here too. We have not regretted it.

If you had to give a TED Talk, what subject would you choose to speak on, and why?
Budgeting has been a passion of mine for many years. Before the advent of modern budgeting tools, I counseled couples on how to set up and maintain a workable budget. After 57 years of marriage, Linda and I still live on our budget.

If you were to have your childhood dream job, what would your job be?
When I was a child, my dream job didn't exist: software engineering. God blessed me with the opportunity to be a software engineer throughout my working years.

Favorite Hobby:
I love reading, playing tennis, and developing spreadsheets.
