TVC Responsibilities:
As a deacon, I will serve in Women’s Bible Study, helping with curriculum and teaching, as well as additional roles on the lead team.

When and how did the Lord save you?
In my freshman year of college, my future husband, Jeff, led me to the Lord. I grew up involved in church and very religious but I had no understanding of the gospel. Jeff shared the gospel with me, and the Lord used that to open my eyes to see, my ears to hear, and my heart to believe that Jesus was the Way, the Truth, and the Life.

When did you come to TVC and what brought you here?
We moved to Flower Mound 17 years ago to be a part of TVC. We wanted to be a part of a doctrinally rich and missional church body.

If you had to give a TED Talk, what subject would you choose to speak on, and why?
Family discipleship! Probably because I’m on the verge of being an empty nester, I am especially sentimental about what a privilege it has been to disciple our children.

If you were to have your childhood dream job, what would your job be?
I wanted to be a teacher...so I am living the dream!

Which fictional character would you be friends with in real life, and why?
Emma Lion from The Unselected Journals of Emma M. Lion. She is hilarious and witty.

Favorite Hobby:
Playing pickleball and watching baseball
