TVC Responsibilities:
My responsibilities are to love and serve the church body, assist our Connections staff in any way possible, and minister to our Connection Central volunteers.
When and how did the Lord save you?
I was saved at an early age in elementary school. I grew up learning the gospel, and my mother prayed for us faithfully. I was baptized during my senior year of high school. As the Lord has sanctified me over the years, He has continually taught me what it means to fully surrender my life to Him.
When did you come to TVC and what brought you here?
I have attended TVC for 10 years. While in physical therapy school, a friend introduced me to Pastor Matt Chandler’s teaching. A friend and I listened to his sermons while traveling the country and decided that if we ever moved to Texas, we would try TVC. We have been here ever since and immediately felt at home.
If you had to give a TED Talk, what subject would you choose to speak on, and why?
I would likely speak on a topic related to physical therapy. That is what I spend most of my days focusing on, and I am deeply passionate about my career.
Which fictional character would you be friends with in real life, and why?
I think I would be friends with Elizabeth Bennet from Pride and Prejudice because I relate to her character.
Favorite Hobby:
Besides my work, I truly enjoy spending quality time with my family.
