Heart of the City would love to invite you into a beautiful opportunity to serve our neighbors on Tuesdays at our Mill St Food Pantry. We are looking for volunteers who can come anytime during the 1:45–6:00 p.m. window to help make pantry day welcoming, smooth, and encouraging for the people who come through our doors.

Volunteers will help neighbors obtain their groceries, offer a friendly smile and a word of encouragement, and build relationships with people who often do not see anyone else during the week. It is practical help, but it is also deeply personal ministry — a chance to remind people that they are seen, valued, and not alone.

You do not need to commit to the entire afternoon. If you can serve for the full time, wonderful! If you can only come for an hour or two, that would still be a tremendous blessing. Every bit of time helps us love our neighbors well.
