A resource that we have for prospective leaders is our Home Group Basics. You can download this .pdf version of it (20 pages) or pick up a copy of it when you're on our campus. We ask that you review this information prior to the interview. Home group leaders meet once a quarter, and at other times throughout the year for special training. Additionally, home group leaders are assigned a coach to encourage, train and hold them accountable. We have asked God to raise up the leaders we need. You may be one of them. Talk to your home group leader about becoming an apprentice leader today. Starting A GroupIf you know three or four others who are not connected to a home group and would like to see about starting a home group contact Ted Wlazlowski. We have many resources including recommended study materials, leadership guides, home group training, potential host homes and much more. Don't try to tackle this on your own -- let us help you build a successful home group.

Home Group LeadershipWe are always looking for home group leaders. If you are a member of The Village Church, and sense that the Lord is calling you into leadership, please fill out a Leadership Application and return it to the office.
