What is Connecting?

It is a ministry which equips people to grow in faith and discipleship by serving in ministry. Most believers are familiar with worship, small groups and Bible study as tools of spiritual maturation. However, serving the Body and beyond church walls still further prepare you for your personal ministry and life mission.

Service should inevitably become a part of your life's worship. Through the process of equipping, believers are prepared, connected, trained and released for ministry. Inside the church, believers are discipled into service that allows them to become and then build up the Body of Christ. Each member working together strengthens the whole, where each ministry is intertwined and dependent on all others. No single ministry can accomplish all a church is called to do.

Outside of the church body, believers have the opportunity to impact God's world by reaching out to the lost and the unchurched. Rather than taking on the nameless masses, our faith manifested in servant roles, allows us to use our personal spheres of influence as a place to bring our evangelism efforts. Our faith produces works and we become the embodiment of Christ's love to the lost world.
