Sending Program

Preparing and Sending Out Emerging Leaders

Gospel-Centered Multiplication

We exist to bring glory to God by making disciples through gospel-centered worship, gospel-centered community, gospel-centered service and gospel-centered multiplication. This is our mission and process for discipleship. Out of this, gospel-centered multiplication is the result of discipleship, replicating Christ in others. One of the ways we pursue and live out this discipleship trait is through our Sending Program. Through the program, we prepare and send out missionaries and church planters to be effective messengers of reconciliation in a variety of contexts.

Missionaries and Church Planters

The Sending Program is a four-stage process for both individuals pursuing the missionary and church planter track. It includes:

Missionaries generally commit to one year in the Sending Program, while church planters commit to at least two years. The training process includes a self-directed plan toward personal development, as well as training together as cohorts.

For church planters, the program is developmental in nature and will prepare men in both the theological “whys” and practical “how-tos” of church leadership before launching them into pastoral ministry and church planting. If you are interested in the church planter track, please fill out our Initial Interest Form by February 28. Note: The form takes 1 – 2 hours to complete.
