We exist to bring glory to God by making disciples through gospel-centered worship, gospel-centered community, gospel-centered service and gospel-centered multiplication. Gospel-centered community is the context for discipleship, the people you experience Christ with. We express this discipleship trait through Recovery Groups. These groups give men and women a safe place to pursue redemption in Christ from sin and suffering.
Support and Steps make up the two aspects of Recovery Groups.
When Support Meets
Support meets for two hours every week, except for the first Wednesday of the month (Elder-led Prayer). The first hour includes worship through song and a biblically based lesson or testimony. The second hour includes small groups that address specific issues and struggles.
The issues addressed in these groups fall into three broad categories: suffering primarily as a result of a person's sin (ex. addictions), suffering primarily as a result of a person being sinned against (ex. abuse) and suffering primarily as a result of a person living in a fallen world (ex. infertility).
Support is the entry point for most people coming into Recovery Groups. It’s an open door to the community. Child care is available, and no registration is required.
This intensive discipleship program takes place twice a year in the fall and spring and meets for two hours on Wednesday nights. The first hour includes gender-specific small groups. The second hour includes a biblically based lesson.
Lead a Group
As the Lord grows our church, we continue to need new Recovery Groups leaders. If you feel led to take this next step of leadership, we encourage you to fill out the Group Leader Application.
