Ways to Serve:

New programs are coming soon! Volunteers are needed for after school programs and for special events throughout the year. Contact Eric and Jill Curtis for more information, or call 214-794-3371. Check back in September for new information.

Kids Play Volunteer – Every Sunday at 4 pm we have a time for the children of Stone Creek to come together to play, snack, and do a Bible study. Volunteers are need to play with the kids, coordinate the snacks, and teach the Bible study.

English as Second Language (ESL) Class Volunteer! – ESL Volunteers Needed! Wednesday nights at 7:00pm, the Apartment ministry leads a class at the Stone Creek Apartments (near Corporate and I35 in Lewisville) to teach English to anyone who wants to learn. Knowing Spanish is a plus, but not necessary. We need people to listen to students practice and repeat sentences in English. We also need people willing to watch the children of the students, so that they are free to come and to concentrate. Breakfast Volunteer! – Every month we have a team that makes breakfast for the residents of Stone Creek. This goes along way in fostering community amongst the residents and it really blesses the apartment complex’s staff as well. Volunteers are needed to serve and cook food, pass out flyers (week before breakfast), and socialize with residents.
